- Capable of obtaining a Tier II driver rating.
- Able to work a 12 hour shift pattern.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- BS in Engineering or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience with UAW represented employees.
- Strong skills in computer science, programming and macros.
- Two years’ experience in proving ground vehicle testing.
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
