About the Role
As a MRBC Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for completing daily tasks, communicating with medical providers, requesting and receiving medical records, accurately labeling and filing documents, submitting invoices, and following up on completed tasks. You will also review medical billing and update the system as well as Excel.
About You
Required:
- Computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft, Excel, and PDF/Foxit
- Customer service experience
- Standard scanning and copying skills
- Professionalism
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of case management software
- Experience in the legal field
