About the Role
As an MRI Tech, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to create detailed images of patients' internal structures. You will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during procedures, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging.
About You
Required:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
- Registered Technologist by ARRT (RT) or Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR).
- Must hold Certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
Preferred:
- One (1) year of experience in MRI.
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
