Envision Radiology is seeking a Part Time MRI Technologist to join their team in Cleburne, TX. The role involves performing MRI procedures according to protocol and ensuring patient safety and care.
About the Role
As a Part Time MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for interfacing with patients to gather medical history, performing high-quality MRI scans, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will work in a controlled outpatient clinical environment and may be exposed to radiation and other medical conditions.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Two plus years’ experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed.
