About the Role

As an MRO Supervisor, you will lead the MRO procurement team, manage inventory, and ensure the availability of tools and spare parts. Your responsibilities include developing inventory management practices, conducting audits, coordinating procurement, and building relationships with suppliers. You will also collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively for repair and maintenance tasks.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing MRO supplies in a high volume manufacturing setting with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in managing suppliers overseas and knowledge of global logistics and customs processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and Planner.
Knowledge of Power BI for visualizing procurement data.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to materials management.
