About the Role
As a Multi-Disciplinary Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for convening monthly MDT meetings, facilitating communication among team members, coordinating services for cases referred from outside the traditional service area, and ensuring compliance with MDT protocols. You will also track and report MDT data, collaborate with outreach teams, and maintain a cohesive community presence.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a collaborative, multi-agency setting.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a Children’s Advocacy Center or child protection environment.
