About the Role
As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your assigned sites, including patient satisfaction, revenue, profitability, site organization, inventory, employee engagement, and clinical team member selection. You will ensure high-quality, efficient care for all patients and lead initiatives to improve operations and staff retention.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment and clinical experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing clinical staff and operations.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with patient satisfaction metrics and improvement plans.
