Summary
Shiloh Industries is seeking a Multi-Site Stamping Plant Manager to lead their operations in Wellington, Ohio & Valley City, Ohio. The role focuses on achieving operational results and corporate initiatives while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.
About the Role
As the Multi-Site Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business through strategic leadership and effective tactical management. Your responsibilities include coaching staff, managing plant P&L, collaborating with functional leaders, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in Engineering, Production or Supply Chain.
- Minimum eight (8) years of leadership experience at managerial level, preferably in automotive related industry.
- Experience with accountability for P&L and development and management of an operational budget.
- Experience in product launch(s) or demonstrated high-level project management leadership role(s).
- Experience with TS and ISO standards and audit processes.
Preferred:
- Leadership in a TPM environment.
- Experience with multistep manufacturing operations including robotic automation and automated press line feeds.
- Six Sigma Green belt certification or similar continuous improvement certification.
