Allbridge is seeking a Multifamily and Student Housing Account Executive to join their team remotely. The role focuses on driving growth and expansion in the Multifamily and Student Housing sectors through a consultative sales approach.
About the Role
As a Multifamily and Student Housing Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your tasks will include identifying potential clients, developing solutions-based sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to close complex sales. You will also attend industry events and maintain a full sales funnel while meeting assigned sales targets.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant sales experience in business-to-business environments, preferably in the Multifamily and Student Housing sectors.
Preferred:
- Experience selling technology infrastructure such as Community Wifi and Access Control systems.
- Strong network of C-Level contacts within the Multifamily and Student Housing markets.
