As a Municipal Engineering Group Leader, you will lead teams in planning, design, and construction of various municipal engineering projects, including stormwater, green infrastructure, roads, and water supply systems. You will also mentor staff, assist with business development, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring project delivery aligns with long-term business objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- PE license.
- Demonstrated aptitude and ability to build and support a team.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience with managing people.
Preferred:
- Ability to help develop other front-line leaders as part of succession planning.
