About You
Required:
- Licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction.
- At least two years of post-graduate legal practice experience involving securities, finance, tax, or bankruptcy.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with lending, securitization, or general debt financing.
- Experience in financial services or government practice.
