- 3 or more years of experience handling Inland Marine Insurance claims or related experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Inland Marine policy forms and Carmack amendment.
- State adjuster licenses.
- Experience in direct handling of claims.
