Summary
Raytheon is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst to join their team in Andover, MA. The role involves supporting Engineering Product Team Leads and Program leads in Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis.
About the Role
As an Engineering Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), performing detailed Earned Value and financial analysis, and preparing forecasts while monitoring actual costs. You will partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs and drive cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools.
About You
Required:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business system.
- MS Office experience.
Preferred:
- Ability to be self-sufficient as well as operate in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in job abilities.
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics.
- Experience with Operations Labor and Supply Chain/Material.
- Knowledge of PRISM.
