About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in industrial packaging, automation, materials, or logistics.
- Experience selling to complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to develop greenfield opportunities and manage long sales cycles.

- Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $100k–$150k and a Year 1 commission guarantee of $100k.
