About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of recent B2B sales experience managing National Accounts in architectural coatings or adjacent trades.
- Demonstrated expertise in the National Account landscape and ability to leverage existing client relationships.
- Strong listening, sales, motivation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and account management systems.
