About the Role
As a National Assurance Director, you will be responsible for consulting on SEC rules and regulations, reviewing SEC filings, and collaborating with assurance teams to ensure compliance. You will also communicate with SEC staff and assist in drafting responses to SEC comment letters, while monitoring accounting standards relevant to public companies.
About You
Required:
- BS in accounting
- Licensed CPA
- Minimum 10+ years audit & accounting experience in a public accounting arena
- Significant expertise in SEC requirements and reporting
- Strong research and professional writing skills
- Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
Preferred:
- Prior experience in SEC Services group of National Office or Professional Practice at other accounting firms
