About You
- Bachelor's degree required, Nursing or science related degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams on a regional or national level.
- Demonstrated success in leading national or multi-regional teams in the CNS or mental health therapeutic space.
- Proven experience in product launches.
- Strong understanding of the bipolar disorder therapeutic landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance data.
- Superior interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and access dynamics.
