Summary
Arbor Day Foundation is seeking a Nature Interpreter to join their team in Nebraska City, NE. The role involves guiding guests and providing information about the property and the Foundation's mission.
About the Role
As a Nature Interpreter, you will spend your days giving tours of Arbor Day Farm, providing excellent customer service, and educating guests of all ages about the Foundation's mission to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and improving guest experiences while working outdoors year-round.
About You
Required:
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate about the Foundation's mission.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Ability to stand/walk for designated shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
Preferred:
- Experience in guiding tours or working in a customer service role.
- Interest in environmental conservation and education.
