Summary

About the Role
As a Navigator II, you will conduct outreach, engagement, case management, and provide ongoing supportive services to individuals in need. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, documenting and tracking patient interactions according to various regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of ninety (90) days experience in a Navigator I or Peer Support Specialist role required.
- Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing).
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree (or higher) in a field related to Behavioral Health.
- 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience.
- 1-3 years of substance abuse/mental health recovery-oriented service.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (program specific).
