About the Role
As a Navigator, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, delivering specialized behavior intervention services, conducting functional behavior assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will coordinate care with various systems and service lines, ensure high-quality services within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, and maintain necessary documentation. The position requires collaboration with other Navigators and may involve travel to various locations.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and/or LCSW.
- At least 2 years of supervision experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviors and implementing behavior reduction treatment plans.
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies.
