About You
- Minimum of two years of experience as a high school Assistant Principal or Principal, with a proven track record in instructional leadership.
- Experience in building positive school cultures focused on high expectations and inclusion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with families and community partners.
- Experience in recruiting and developing diverse teams.
- Ability to use data and evidence to drive instructional improvement.
- Alignment with NCS's mission and values for high school education.
Benefits
- Full-time, in-person role based in NYC.
- Salary range of $172k–$210k, commensurate with experience, plus an additional $4,000 for candidates with NY State SBL certification.
