About the Role
As a Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse Level IV NICU, you will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, provide direct patient care, plan and evaluate patient care plans, supervise non-licensed nursing staff, and incorporate teaching into nursing practice. You will be part of a dedicated team that supports each other in delivering compassionate care to patients.
About You
Required:
- ADN / BSN is required with 12 month enrollment and 24 month completion.
- Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted.
- Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital.
- STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date.
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
