About the Role
As a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing post-kidney transplant patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your duties will include daily rounding, immunosuppressant level and lab reviews, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. You will also have opportunities for professional development through educational activities such as transplant selection committees and quality meetings.
About You
Required:
- Nephrology, Transplant and/or Critical Care training and experience.
- Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
