About the Role
As a Network Performance Analyst, you will perform advanced packet analysis and troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, NIKSUN, and Riverbed ARX. You will leverage Gigamon TAPs to monitor and analyze traffic, proactively identify and resolve performance anomalies, and collaborate with various teams to provide root cause analysis and performance improvement recommendations. Additionally, you will develop and maintain performance dashboards and documentation of findings.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network performance monitoring and packet-level analysis.
- Expert-level knowledge of Wireshark with demonstrated ability to interpret protocol flows and anomalies.
- Experience using one or more of the following: Riverbed ARX, NIKSUN, Gigamon infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S, VoIP, etc.).
- Ability to interpret and correlate data across multiple tools and data sources.
