About the Role
As a Network Provider Training Officer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging instructional materials and assist the Training Manager in developing training resources for Fee for Service Providers. Your responsibilities will include conducting provider training related to claims submission, prior authorizations, and documentation uploads, ensuring training materials are current, and maintaining tracking mechanisms for training outcomes.
About You
Required:
- One year experience training adult learners as a full-time trainer responsible for instruction and group/team facilitation.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Adult Education, Communication, Organization Development, Human Resources, Training and Development or similar field.
- Advanced computer-based technology skills, and operational knowledge of PMMIS and the Fee For Service Program.
