About the Role
As a Neurology District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives. You will drive sales performance, manage relationships with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The position requires significant travel within the district, up to 75%, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, or pain management.
Experience selling in the MS market.
Experience in small company and start-up environments.
