You will also perform some administrative tasks and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 0-1 years of experience working in a Contact Center or sales support team.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of F&G's structure and product/service offerings.
- Solid communication skills for dealing with customer inquiries.
