Rion Equipment is seeking a Product Specialist for New Business Development to join their team in St Louis, MO. The role involves cultivating and expanding relationships within a specific product line while achieving sales quotas and strategic objectives.
About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for networking, establishing partnerships, conducting onsite customer visits, cold calling, and following up on leads. You will develop and grow business relationships with prospective and established customers, create actionable account plans, and contribute to promotional activities for RION Equipment. Additionally, you will stay informed on competitive equipment and go-to-market strategies.
About You
Required:
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience in the machinery manufacturing industry.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
