About the Role
As a New Business Sales - Automotive Software, you will be responsible for growing new market share through conquest sales, conducting 80% of your sales calls face-to-face with dealerships, and managing overall account relationships. You will engage in a solution sales process, ensure competitors do not penetrate accounts, and maximize resources by engaging with CDK channel partners. The position requires 80% travel, including overnight stays, to effectively penetrate the market.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B technology or solution sales.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time, Monday - Friday.
- Experience using consultative solution selling to align client’s business needs with a solution.
- Experience in negotiating and closing sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills.
Preferred:
- Self-driven, persistent, ambitious, and highly motivated.
- Experience with developing and managing a sales territory.
- Microsoft Office & CRM PC Skills.
