Chapman Chevrolet is seeking a New Car Sales Specialist to join their team in Tempe, AZ. The role involves guiding clients through a seamless car buying experience while building relationships and achieving sales goals.
About the Role
As a New Car Sales Specialist, you will greet visitors, uncover their vehicle needs, and make knowledgeable product recommendations. You will employ a consultative sales approach, inform customers of vehicle offerings, perform demonstrations and test drives, and assist with sales and financing paperwork. Additionally, you will follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle sales leads promptly.
About You
Required:
At least 1 year of experience in a related role (retail sales, business development, customer service, etc.)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
Experience selling new or used cars.
Bilingual skills.
Comfortable working with computers and navigating multiple programs.
