About the Role
As the New Mexico Bridge Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, focusing on business development, and strategically growing market share. You will attract and recruit structural professionals, ensure adherence to engineering principles, and exercise ethical decision-making. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding project teams and upholding workplace safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant post education experience in engineering, structural/civil and infrastructure design.
- Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
- Strong business acumen with an aptitude for improving processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Strongly established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the New Mexico Market.
- Proven experience in pursuing and winning work with both state and local agencies.
