About the Role
As a New Nurse RN Resident, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while participating in advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, and preceptorship training. You will assess patient conditions, perform medical procedures, administer medications, and educate patients and families about treatment plans and medical conditions.
About You
Required:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
- No previous experience needed.
Preferred:
- Other Certifications may be required during employment.
- Some travel may be needed for training.
