About the Role
As a New Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of new patient scheduling, including answering calls, triaging issues, completing patient intake, and scheduling appointments. You will collaborate with a clinical team to ensure quality patient care and adherence to operational procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in health administration or related field is strongly preferred.
Up to 1 year of related health care and/or customer service experience.
Preferred:
Ability to comprehend and implement new concepts quickly.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
