About the Role

As a New Patient Coordinator II (NPC II), you will assist the orthodontist during procedures, learn and master orthodontic techniques, and act as a backup for the New Patient Coordinator role. Your responsibilities will include taking records, assisting in sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean working environment. You will also work with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance and participate in marketing events.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Computer skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic setting
