Summary
Molex is seeking a New Product Development Manager to lead the development of next generation high speed products for datacenters, driving cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer requirements and align with the company's strategic roadmap.
About the Role
As a New Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting product trends, defining specifications, leading product development from concept to launch, managing multiple NPD programs, and developing key technical customer relationships. You will also guide technical teams on high-speed signal integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science.
- 5+ years of product development experience in high-speed connectors, cable assemblies, or interconnect components.
- Proven record of managing complex new product development projects from concept to launch.
- Understanding of high-speed signal transmission, impedance control, and connector design principles.
- Familiarity with high-speed connector and cable assembly manufacturing processes, quality systems, and tools.
- Proficiency in PLM systems and project management tools.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.
- Experience with electromagnetic or circuit simulation tools.
- Bilingual capabilities (particularly Mandarin or Taiwanese).
