Summary

Millennium Wireless Technology, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager for their AT&T Authorized Retailer locations in the New York area. The role involves overseeing the successful operation of multiple retail locations and fostering a culture of sales excellence.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of 2 to 3 AT&T Retail locations. Your duties will include leading by example, meeting sales and customer service expectations, conducting store visits, managing recruitment and staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also be involved in training and development of staff, managing store performance metrics, and resolving customer issues.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma; BA or BS preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of successful sales experience with at least 2 years in Wireless Retail Store Management.
Demonstrated success in developing and promoting sales consultants to store managers.

Preferred:

AT&T sales management experience.
Experience with retail multi-unit store responsibility.
Strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
