About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative/IME Scheduler, you will be responsible for intake and verification of new cases, drafting cases in the Dane Street system, assigning cases to physicians based on various criteria, monitoring case progress, and maintaining client communication throughout the process. You will also handle special projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines.
- Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
Preferred:
- An Associate's Degree.
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting.
