- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and carry products for in-home demos.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of window products and installation processes.
- Ability to use computers, tablets, and other forms of technology.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
