About the Role
As a Night Coach Counselor, you will work directly with troubled teens, providing guidance and support in a therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and well-being of the youth, implementing evidence-based practices, and fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages personal growth.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Desire to work with troubled teens.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Preferred:
- Experience working with at-risk youth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with challenging behaviors.
