About the Role
As a Night Custodian, you will be responsible for keeping the assigned building area clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors, cleaning restrooms, and performing minor maintenance tasks. You will also secure rooms and cleaning stations, move furniture for special events, and participate in intensive cleaning during summer vacations. Additionally, you may be called upon for school emergencies outside of regular hours.
About You
Required:
- Six months of experience demonstrating reliability, responsibility, and good work habits.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, and equipment.
Preferred:
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Experience in performing strenuous physical work and working effectively under time limitations.
