About the Role
As a Night Shift Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing medication therapies for critically ill patients, participating in multidisciplinary rounds, and providing emergency response during critical situations. You will work autonomously during night shifts, verifying orders, and ensuring medication safety while collaborating with healthcare teams.
About You
Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Active Pharmacist License in the state of California.
- PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency.
- Experience working with ICU patients.
Preferred:
- PGY-2 Critical Care Residency.
- Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS).
- Board Certification in Critical Care Pharmacy (BCCCP).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
