About the Role
As a No-Bake Molder, you will be responsible for producing NBL/NBF/Carousel air set sand molds according to the Daily Molding Schedule and Standard Operational Procedures. Your daily tasks will include conducting start-up inspections, performing mixer calibrations, inspecting tooling, making adjustments to mixers, setting up jobs for molding, conducting shutdown procedures, and maintaining documentation. You will also be required to perform housekeeping functions to keep the work area safe and orderly.
About You
Required:
- Basic Math skills for calibration.
- Basic Reading skills for understanding Standard Operational Procedures, Schedules, and Work Instructions.
- Basic Writing/Data Entry skills for process documentation and shop floor reporting.
