About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children to foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness. You will learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and implement behavior plans while documenting progress. Your role will also include celebrating milestones with children and their families, creating a supportive and engaging environment.

About You

Required:

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
