About the Role
As the North America Category Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product category strategy, conducting market research, developing product roadmaps, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and alignment with business goals. You will also oversee product launches, monitor performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on competitive analysis.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in optical category management or a similar industry.
- Understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Optical industry and laboratory experience.
- Familiarity with financial and budgeting processes.
- Second language proficiency.
