Summary
Withum is seeking a Not for Profit Outsourced Accounting Manager to join their team in Red Bank, NJ. The role involves overseeing a team to service a wide range of not-for-profit organizations.
About the Role
As the Not for Profit Outsourced Accounting Manager, you will supervise a team, review and approve payments and payroll, handle month-end close processes, and ensure proper internal controls. You will also be responsible for monthly financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and facilitating outside annual audits.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- 5-7+ years of accounting experience.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Preferred:
- CPA preferred and/or MBA equivalent.
- Experience with Intacct Accounting System, QuickBooks, and/or NetSuite Accounting Systems.
- Experience working with not-for-profit organizations.
