About the Role
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures (planar, SPECT, SPECT/CT), evaluating imaging quality, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety. You will communicate with patients, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and collaborate with medical staff to provide optimal care. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and train new team members.
About You
Required:
- ARRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
- Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures, equipment, and radiation safety.
- Excellent communication, patient care, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under stress.
Preferred:
- Experience with PACS, EMR, and electronic documentation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and equipment maintenance.
