About the Role
As a Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and providing care assignments, developing and implementing resident care plans, observing residents for symptoms and reactions, documenting vital signs and health data, and assisting with staff training to maintain required skill levels.
About You
Required:
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN License in good standing according to State and Federal requirements.
- Thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana.
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills along with knowledge of programs such as Excel and Word.
- Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, and personnel.
