About the Role
The Nurse Aide Proctor is responsible for greeting examinees, verifying identification, administering and proctoring computer-based exams, monitoring candidates throughout the testing process, resolving or reporting issues promptly, securing test center software, rebooting servers and resetting passwords as needed, reporting any irregularities to management, and being flexible with scheduling within a 30-60 mile radius based on testing demands.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma
- One to two years of customer service-related or proctor experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates
- Ability to learn and apply operational and maintenance instructions
- Ability to write detailed incident reports and correspondence
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to travel within a 30 to 60-mile radius of your zip code
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while administering exams
- Ability to perform periodic walk-throughs of the testing environment
- Visual ability to adjust or focus computer screens and monitor the testing room
- Ability to maintain computers in lab and office settings, including under desks and in server closets
Preferred:
- On the job proctor experience
- College experience
- Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing applications
