About the Role
As a Nurse, you will be responsible for professional assessments, documentation of residents' health, and management of nursing units and staff. Your daily tasks will include developing and implementing resident care plans, monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions, performing routine nursing procedures, providing emotional support, and maintaining up-to-date medical records.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN/LPN license in good standing according to State and Federal requirements.
- Thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
Preferred:
- A passion for caring for people.
- Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and other personnel.
- Ability to protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPAA.
