About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License in the State of Michigan
- Three (3) years of experience as a Case Manager or three (3) years of direct patient care experience as an RN with demonstrated clinical expertise
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- CCM (Certified Case Manager) certification
